We make it easy! To get started, simply fill out our contact form to initiate the process. Our team will quickly send over more information about working with us. After review that, if you are still wanting to move forward, we'll schedule an initial consultation call!

What information do you need from me to get started?

Prior to the start of our project, we'll gather essential details to ensure we fully understand your needs and goals. We'll discuss aspects such as your business specifics, target audience demographics, preferred design aesthetics, and any existing branding assets you may already have in place. Rest assured, we'll guide you through this process and provide reminders as we prepare to begin, ensuring a smooth and organized start to our collaboration.

How do you handle revisions?

We provide one revision session during the branding phase to refine and finalize your brand identity. During the website design and development phase, we include one revision session to ensure your website aligns perfectly with your vision.
‍Bloom members also get the same revision sessions during this initial month of design and development, followed by ongoing monthly updates and tweaks tailored to their chosen membership level.

What happens during the initial consultation?

If we both agree to proceed, we'll follow up with a detailed project proposal and contract agreement that outlines the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and terms, ensuring alignment before beginning the project.

For one time service clients, we offer various maintenance and support packages. which can be discussed as needed and will vary depending on maintenance type and needs.

Can you integrate my existing branding into the new design?

We work with existing branding elements for well-established brands and design guidelines into new projects. For brands with less developed identities or limited assets, we build upon what you have, suggesting additional elements to enhance your brand's impact and consistency across platforms. A strong brand is essential for establishing a unique identity, fostering trust, and enhancing recognition. Do I own the website and design assets once the project is completed?

brand & web clients, Once your project is fully paid for, you own all the design assets and the website. You'll need to ensure your Webflow account (hosting fee) and domain are ready before and after the launch. Hosting fees are typically monthly or annual, depending on your website type. Bloom members can transfer ownership after one year, with all website hosting covered during enrollment. However, ongoing domain fees are the member's responsibility.
